Quality the Key Factor, Meaning not least Quality of Stay

Gateway Gardens is a special location. This should also be manifest in the urban-planning and architectural aspects. To this end, a master plan was developed that ensure the right urban-planning quality and with it the quality of stay, serving as guidance tool for investors and planners.

The master plan defines urban spheres and proposes subdivision variants for 20 development sites. At the same time, it defines the main types of use: Two urban squares – linked by a large central park of 2.2 hectares – form a central axis along which restaurants and non-discretionary retailers are clustered. Grouped around these axes are flexibly sub-divided quarters with an optimal working atmosphere. The result: a harmonious, vibrant urban district.
